Welcome to Hevva! Falmouth’s newest seafood spot. Tucked away on the old high street, we provide deliciously simple fish and shellfish dishes at neighbourhood prices. Our relaxed, cosy interior and friendly service give a homely feel, whilst a tasty, local and yet refined menu satisfies even the completest of seafood craving.

Our blackboard menu changes too regularly to keep up-to-date on our website, but please check our Instagram or pop in if you’d like to see a recent edition.

Please let us know if any of your group has an allergy when booking a table, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. This being said, none of our suppliers can claim their produce to be free of any allergen, we are a busy fish and shellfish restaurant with a small kitchen, and whilst we take great care to avoid cross contamination, it is impossible to do so to an allergen-free level. Sadly, as such, we are unable to cater for anyone with very serious allergies to fish, crustaceans, molluscs or gluten.

One last thing, space is pretty limited here at Hevva!, and as such, sadly we don't allow dogs in the restaurant. We also can't store buggies, pushchairs or bulky bags anywhere on the premises, nor can we offer a baby change facility or a highchair for very young children. Because of this we recommend that children under 4 might be a bit too young for Hevva!

What a spell of weather we’ve had! Storm Bert has done his best to wrestle the lovely soft autumn we were having into a howling, rainy winter. Thankfully for you and I, that’s when Hevva! comes into its own.

Early evenings mean more time for candlelit dinners, and a cozy table is an oasis from driving rain. A happy coincidence that the kitchen is directly underneath the dining room results in generous warmth, and with our big windows it’s all the better to see the cold you’ve come in from. Our menu too, is now firmly in its winter coat, so rest assured you’ll find plenty to warm your cockles there as well.

So if you’d like to escape the tyranny of the washing up and the thermostat, and rejoice in bagna càuda, house red and a cream sauce, do get in touch to reserve your table soon, we’d really love to see you !

Why is Jen-Jen looking so sad you ask? Well it’s because she won’t be seeing any of your lovely faces next week!

That’s right, I have decided to, at last, take a holiday! As some of you know, as the owner and proprietor, I’m in every day we open (and plenty more too), it’s part of the reason we’re able to remain so consistent here at Hevva! - if I’m not here we don’t open.

So as the year comes to a close, before the Christmas party season, I’m heading off to Mallorca for a week. We’ll be closed after tomorrow (the 2nd) and we’ll re-open on Wednesday the 13th. There’s also a chance we’ll be a bit slower on the emails because of this, so please bear with us, and don’t worry if we don’t answer the phone or get back to you straight away.

In the meantime, I’m looking forward to seeing lots of you this weekend!
